What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery shopping or mystery consumer is a tool used by market research companies to measure quality of retail service or gather specific information about products and services. Mystery shoppers posing as normal customers perform specific tasks—such as purchasing a product, asking questions, registering complaints or behaving in a certain way – and then provide detailed reports or feedback about their experiences.

We are Hiring a Mystery Shopping Supervisor (part time)
Main responsibilities
-Hiring mystery shoppers according to a client brief
-Informing mystery shoppers about their specific mission
-Checking the mystery shoppers filled the questionnaires according to the standards
-Liaising with mystery shoppers and doing corrective actions if necessary.
-Reporting to ACDL
Each mission lasts 5 weeks and requires 2-3 hours work/day on average.
We can consider 2 months to 1 year contract.

1. Responsible and Ethical.
2. Have very strong attention to detail and be able to work within deadlines
3. Communication skills
4. Languages spoken & written : English
5. Authorized to work in Malaysia and stationed in Kuala Lumpur.
