Key Area of Responsibilities
1. You shall provide the first call resolution through telephone, e-mails or to walk-ins at the Service Desk, and consistently logging all issues into the call management system.
2. For unresolved issues or matters, you shall immediately escalate them to the next level of support.
3. You shall follow up on the progress of all outstanding issues until closure.
4. Perform administrative tasks and assist in other IT matters.

Job Requirements
1. At least 1-2 years of IT Customer service or IT Helpdesk working experience. ORD personnel, fresh school leavers and senior workers who are IT savvy are welcome to apply (hands-on training will be provided).
2. Friendly with a strong interest in providing IT Customer Service.
3. A patient person.
4. A strong team player.
5. Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
6. Working location at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
7. Malaysian only.


Pay: RM2000-3000
