1. You will provide onsite support to end users on IT and simple network problems (e.g. Email & Virus Issues, Laptop, PCs, Printers, Scanners and Network Connectivity issue).
2. You shall update and coordinate with the helpdesk team or other support group to close the incident.
3. To assist in other IT related projects or activities (such as upgrades, changes, maintenance and relocation), as when required.
4. Other related IT tasks.
1. STPM, Diploma or Degree Holders are welcome to apply.
2. Proficient in Desktop, Microsoft Office and email software.
3. Strong interest in IT and Customer Service.
4. Customer-oriented, patient and a strong team player.
5. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Candidates with good spoken English and Mandarin are preferred.
